On the International Day of the fight against breast cancer, this October 19, Valencia CF Femenino and Blatem, Official Premium Plus Partner of the team, wanted to reinforce their support for patients and their support for research with a joint action in which the players have painted with their own hands the pink ribbon symbol of the battle against the disease. They have done it around the pink ribbon of the canvas created by José Luna, founder of Blatem.
According to the latest data from the Spanish Society of Medical Oncology, 36,395 new cases of breast cancer will be diagnosed in 2024, being this type of tumor the most frequent among Spanish women; and the incidence rate is estimated at 132 cases per 100,000 citizens.
